On December 11, the member of the board of National Iranian Oil Co. (NIOC) 、 the chairman of NIOC Investment Fund – Dr. Mahdi Karbasian and Mr. H. Mohammadi Moghaddam who is the president of OEOC altogether four guests were visiting ZPEC. Mr. Li – ZPEC president had a close talk with the guests, both parties had a nice cooperating communication and reached an agreement on some key points concerned with rig manufacturing and drilling engineering service areas.

In the first half of this year, OEOC was signed 6 sets of 70DZ rigs manufacturing contract with ZPEC, after careful arrangement and diligent execution, two rigs production has already been finished and would be shipped to Iran soon, the Iranian technical inspectors gave a quiet high comment for ZPEC’s manufacturing capability and evaluated ZPEC products as the best drilling rigs in China. The aim of the visitation was to coordinate the delivery、project payment settlement of the first two rigs and production progress of following rigs, and to discuss how to enhance the range of mutual benefit.

Mr. Li gave a warmly welcome to the guests, then introduced ZPEC’s development instance, manufacturing ability and operational conditions etc. Mr. Li said:” With one year communication, ZPEC had a great cooperation experience with OEOC, and now we have already built a reliable friendship. In the period of contract execution, with the pressure of raising raw material cost and global financial crisis, ZPEC always held “quality first” principle, tried best to provide OEOC the first-class rigs which is applicable for local special exploiting requirements, it fully expressed that ZPEC always take care of reputation and quality, and want to build a long term and friendly collaborating relationship
